John has over 40 years of experience in both the Fire Alarm and Low Voltage Industries. He has been a Nicet level IV in Fire Alarm Systems for over 25 years.

Teron Baker AET

Teron has over 18 years of experience in the fire alarm and low-voltage industries. He holds a Low Voltage License (L.V.A.) and a NICET Level II certification in Fire Alarm Systems. Over the course of his career, he has served in a variety of roles, including Installer, Test & Inspection Technician, Service Coordinator, and Project Manager. This diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of projects from installation through final inspection, allowing him to effectively coordinate teams, maintain code compliance, and ensure systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Robert Whitney

Robert has over 12 years in Sales and Customer Support, combined with 6 years of Fire Alarm and Low Voltage industry experience. He has held various roles and duties such as Project Management, Inspection Testing , Technician, and Installer.

Jennifer Medford

Jennifer has over 17 years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry. She started out in the field as an inspection helper and then as a lead inspector before moving into various office roles.

Chandra Baker

Chandra has over 15 years of experience in Sales and Customer Support, combined with 3 years in the Fire Alarm and Low Voltage industry. She started in the industry as an Administrative Assistant, Service Coordinator, and Service Manager.

Kristi Brumley

Kristi has over 5 years of experience in Customer Support, combined with 2 years in account management.

I have been fortunate enough to serve as a corporate controller for several large Atlanta based companies. I have over 28 years in this field and have truly enjoyed assisting these organizations with their financial processes needs. I have been fortunate to have received several accolades in the area of difficult A/R collections over my career. I enjoy golfing and hiking with my family.
